Thank you Anne M, the doll cake is made using a real doll instead of a doll pick so the birthday girl has an additional lasting present once the cake is long gone. I also purchased a princess cake tower to hold the cupcakes. The cupcake tower teaches how to count. It is a game. I purchased it from an on-line cake decorating supply source. Hope that helps.

Do u mean u made the doll cake out of a cupcake tower. I would like to make a doll cake too.
