Barbie Doll Cake

The bottom layer is a chocolate cake with buttercream grass and flowers. The second layer is her stand and is strawberry cake with buttercream decorations (the yellow loops dangle over the edge of the white border). The top layer from the waist down is white cake with buttercream decorations. I used a jello mold for the waist down portion, and a pan that I had for making tortilla salad shells was used for the bottom ruffle of her dress.
