40th Birthday

This cake was 2 1/2 feet long x 1 1/2 feet wide, and approx. 8" high. I used buttercream icing for everything. I mixed 2 variations of brown coloring and black to the white buttercream to give it the "aged cement" look. The lettering on top was done with chocolate. The "handles" were chocolate clay. It weighed almost 70 lbs.!!
