Thanks Joan! The cribs were made from a chocolate candy mold. I ordered the mold from sugar

crafts. I removed the round part of the cribs so they would sit flush to the cake board. They are made from fondant mixed with Wilton Gumtex. When I made these, I really didn't much about gum-paste. I hope this helps.
