Training Completion Cake for local company

Golden Vanilla covered with buttercream icing. Drizzled with light blue candy melts and rainbow chips sprinkles (from Michaels Arts & Crafts in Wilton Section). 9 x 13 square cake pan used. Filling in between w layers of cake is cream cheese.
