diaper bag made of rich chocolate cake and mint buttercream (the mom to be's favorite combo) All sugar, even the teddy bear, pacifier, and keys. Even the draped burp cloth in the side pocket is fondant. The stiching on the seams made people say "Where did you find the diaper bag to fit on the cake!!" no kidding :)
