Well, it was easy, BUT, the tiers were different sizes. You can't see that in the picture. SOooo, as far as I was concerned, there was way too much fondant. Plus I now know to make the petals much, much, thinner. Because this was for my niece & it was a surprise, & last minute, it was left as us. Had this been a paying customer, I would have re-baked the top cake same size, then have done the petals. But thats how we learn from our mistakes
