Hey Martin, I'm beginning to feel sorry for the groom.  I don't think he knows what he is in for.  Can you imagine what it must be like to live with someone like that.

Since that experience, Martin, I have adopted the same motto. That ensures that I have my money and they have no worries.

Some of their mums can be just as bad June !! If that happened to me Linda the bride may have had a last minute adjustment to her dress !!! I always arrange to collect the balance two weeks prior to the day , saying that they would have enough to deal with without worrying about meeting me !! It works .

I've only had that one really really bad one who I know was a scammer from the get go, because she was trying to get her whole wedding done for free by complaining about every single person that was involved in her wedding. She is the one who paid the deposit, but when I delivered the cake she found everything wrong with it and wanted her money back-but keep the cake. I told her right then that not only was she not getting her deposit back, but that I was taking the cake with me if she didn't pay for the rest. She paid. She tried to scam the florist and the caterers too, but none of them fell for her scam.

Love the flowers......the landrover...ah.....not so much.  But as you said Martin, you do as the customer asks. Like Goreti, my job had stress dealing with patients and their family doing homecare. Some patients were so difficult, I had to take a deep breath before going into their residence, saying to myself...I can do this, I can do this. That is why caking is my hobby....not a job. I want to ENJOY it.  Brides can be a pain int the xx???####

HA ! HA ! HA ! Some people really want blood for their money !! but mostly people will leave me with a subject or idear to work with , which is more fun !!
