cake topper for baby rump cake ... I made the topper with rolled fondant and covered a 9" cake round made the rump out of rice crispie treats formed them on a bowl and covered it with fondant made ruffles then legs and feet from fondant then a baby rattle.. finished it with a blankie on top =)
