Used some leftover fondant... hence the orange colour......to make a practice pair of baby croc sandals for my daughter's baby shower cake. There certainly not perfect, but glad I did a trial run. Had to add a extra piece of fondant at the front of the shoe as top & bottom didn't quite fit. Could have been shrinkinge when drying?? It took 3 wks for all the parts to dry. We had a heat spell, and when it cooled yesterday..... Wa La... finally could put them together. The crocs will be the appropriate colour.... pink or blue.... when I know which my daughter is having.

Thanks Joseflin.
The top was easy. I usually cut top of a shoe out slightly bigger so when it dries, makes up for the shrinkage. That is why I had to add the small coloured strip at the front. Top didn't quite fit. When you attach a top shoe to a bottom, as long as you use good "glue", your fine. And you usually have to put in some scrunched up paper towels to keep it from caving in, flopping until it is firm & dry. Mine was already hard when I attached it. :o)
