There are plenty of videos on youtube about how to make these and they are all quite similar. Just cut out the templates (several of which can be found on the internet) and use them to cut out the paste pieces and build the shoes up from the bottom, adding the details as you go. Quite easy to make and very very cute especially when they are as small as these.
