Noreen's 50th

A client asked for a very plain but elegent cake for his wife's 50th birthday. No writing, no funky colors, just plain and simple. I thought this was perfect. Plain but yet very elegent. (roses are real) Customer loved it. Inside was his wifes favorite flavours, top layer was white sponge with vienna cream, and bottom layer was chocolate sponge with ferriero roche mousse (that was a tricking one)
