This was a white Velvet cake using the wilton lg ball pan and the mini princess pan for the legs of the bowl, covered with IMBC and crushed oreo cookies. The avocado is fondant for the shell with white cake and IMBC frosting, the seed is 50/50. Customer wanted something over the top as her daughter and son-in-law just moved into a new home on Avocado Place. We have a Mexican restaurant that we frequent and they serve the salsa and guacamole in dishes like this.
