My daughter's 2nd birthday cake. the cake itself is rice krispies. This was my second cake using a fondant, and it is a homemade buttercream fondant, and homemade marshallow fondant for the lettering of her name, the balloons and Elmo's eyes and nose. I made this in a hotel room with no tools and had to improvise with what we could find to use.
