Audrey II

Rear Left View, Audrey II sculptural cake. This is all cake, no cereal treats or foam. The cake is supported by a central steel post, cake cardboard, and doweling. The cake is iced in buttercream of various flavors, and covered in colored fondant. The "flower pot" is dusted with confectioner's sugar to give it the matt finish they normally have. The "dirt" is crumbled chocolate cake. The leaves are finished with airbrushing. The tile floor is an edible image.
