Thank you for educating a snickerdoodle virgin :) sounds fantastic, not something we have in the UK, might have to educate the family if I find a good recipe.

Snickerdoodle is basically a cinnamon cake.  Just take any butter, vanilla, yellow or white recipe and add 2-3tsp of cinnamin. 

If you haven't tried snickerdoodle cookies they are a must.  Sugar cookie rolled in cinnamin sugar and then baked.
