Thank you so very much dear friends!   Linda, I think you can see that the lime green was very soft and was 'drooping' a little.  But, never mind, I learnt a lot from it, was happy with the shoe, and it tasted out of this world.  I used a Betty Crocker mix for the carrot cake (first time I had used it as I usually make them from scratch) and it was divine - so light and spicey.  I will definitely use it again.

June - 'bang up job mate'? - how British can you get lol!
