Elmo - Icing Smiles Cake
Lemon funfetti cake with lemon buttercream filling and crumb coat, covered in white chocolate ganache (colored red) and topped with fondant. The arms and legs are rice cereal treats, the hands and feet are modeling chocolate, all covered with fondant.
