Apple Pecan Caramel Cheesecake
Made this decadent cheesecake as my contribution to a bb-q/party were attending this evening. Even tho I’m known as the “Cake Lady”….you get tired of makng cake all the time. So….something different. This is a cheesecake layered with apples…(from our backyard tree), pecans and homemade carmel. Finished off with caramel drizzled on top and a quick wafer paper flower with a pecan centre. Hope it will be a hit at the party. :o)

Yup...gonna have a teeny weeny slice.... each slice is about a billion calories!!! I'm bringing heavy paper plates and tin foil, so whatever's left can be dished out and taken home by others. I have been given strict orders from Chris to bring home a slice for him & Megan!!!
