60th wedding anniversary cake. Vanilla cake with buttercream icing on the bottom. Carrot cake with buttercream icing on the top. This cake was for a sweet little couple from the UK. The horse shoes and foil leaves were a nod to their original wedding cake. They told me they had to save for months and months to pay the $10 for their original cake.

Hi Anne, Yes, I am still using Serious Cakes' buttercream recipe. I love it. I don't see myself switching to anything else any time soon. It's the best one I've tried. I do use Italian meringue buttercream from time to time, but this one is my go to buttercream.

Your butter cream is sooooooooo smooth. I am still trying to get my bc smoot. Are u still using serious cakes bc? Thanks to you I have the recipe and I use it faithfully.
