Traditional fruit and nut cake with lots of cherry and rum. Mazipan and plastic icing. Angel made out of sugar paste

Thanks, the full picture of the cake I could not did unfortunately attach. Probably too big/
In South Africa we call it plastic icing. I think it is fondant.
