Her bridesmaid dresses were the strangest color red.  So, after 20lbs of white fondant NOT coming out right, I ordered 20lbs of red Satin Ice and 5lbs of black Satin Ice and that did it (for the color)!  I have to say though, I not a fan of Satin Ice, it just didn't want behave!  It kept cracking and having a lot of pock marks in it.  I hope I won't have to use it in the future!
