Bottle of Jack Daniels Whiskey. It stood 23" tall and was 6 1/2" square. It was chocolate cake with a vanilla buttercream filling, crumb coated in ganache and then fondant. I used a glucose/vodka mixture to make the bottle shiny.

I'm doing a similar cake this weekend. Any hints/tips on the structure and how to apply the fondant on such a large cake? Yours came out absolutely awesome. I'm terrified of the transporting, too!
