Alligator and babies
alligator is all out of white wedding cake and butter cream filling and icing. cupcakes are white wedding cake with butter cream icing and accents to make them look like gators looking out of the water.

thank you all. the grand mother of the birthday boy thought of the idea i just brought it to life. it was to look like his play alligator. it was carved from a 12X16 pan and head made from a small oval pan. the tail is what i cut away mix like cake pops and formed into a tail. yes it was big with cupcakes it would feed about 80
