Welcome baby cake.

Cake made for a friend who just had a baby.It is a three teir yellow cream cake, with italian cream buttercream, and chocolate bavarian cream filling. Decorations are all made of chocolate fondant, and dusted with the platinum dust glimmer of gold, except for the baby shoes, those are made of gumpaste. My first try at gumpaste shoes.The baby blankets' edgings were dusted with pearlized lemon ice, and the differnt things on the blanket had pearlized pink, and daffodil. The shoes had yellow gumpaste flowers on the front, and back, and had a bow where the latch would be. Then all of it was dusted with glimmer of gold.
