After many years of giving my wrist a rest, I'm back making cakes. Teaching myself all about fondant and gum paste, along with other mediums that are new to me.

Linda, I have just spent a few minutes looking at a slideshow of your cakes. May I say how very talented I think you are. Your cakes are incredible - clean, tidy, elegant and classic (well ok maybe the beer and pickles isn't exactly classic, but brilliant nonetheless). They are all lovely to look at.
