Pink Ruffle Cake

This was sort of a "joke" cake I made for my Mom. She was staying with my sister while she was recovering from knee surgery, and they soon labeled her the princess. I did make a lottery cake for her birthday suprise dinner, but this one, we made for the actual day of her birthday
