I didn't think a box of chocolates was enough for my boyfriend for Valentines Day so I thought I'd try to make an edible box of chocolates. The box itself is chocolate mudcake with ganache, the lid is also chocolate mud cake with ganache, used fondant for sides and lid. decorated chocolates with coloured royal icing.
