A wee bit Tipsy...
This cake was vanilla sponge with jam and cream. All the decorations were all made from gum paste. The worktop was just watered down food colour painted onto the fondant.

oh.. I never thought about red wine stains... that's a shame. But I'm sure my wee character was determined not to lose a drop. lol..
