Snowflakes are royal icing and some are gumpaste. Top tier is a vanilla cake with ganache filling. The middle tier is chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and the bottom tier is strawberry with a strawberry filling. Cake is iced in buttercream and airbrushed blue.
