This real cake was baked in a 14" contoured pan with red & green food coloring added to the batter, for a holiday theme. the cake board & bottom cake was covered with homemade marshmallow cream, pixie glitter, silver pearlized sprinkles, sugar crystal for ice, different colored skillets to represents Christmas lights, rice kirspies for the snow people & tree, food gel colors, fondant for the igloo cake also real cake & marshmallow icing clored green to represent the electrical cable for the lights. The marshmallow cream is softer & dries sticky not hard so everything has a more pleasant taste. The cakes were made with 4 portions & I added 1/3 cup of white Haitian rum to just jazz up the flavor.
