my specailty..they r petite fours .taste like little debbie cakes everyone says except moister.they r layered creamcheese pound cake pieces(cut with 1 1/2 to 2 each small cookie cutters) with choice of frosting in centers and then put in freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes.then dipped in melted white choc. cips with paraffin wax to thin the choc.then i added color and drizzled over top....i sale alot of these.one of my favorites also.i also do one with red velvet and choclate cake and lemon.
