All Buttercream Superbowl Cake - EAN11F

This is a cake I made for our Youth Football Team who went tho the superbowl. It is covered in real homemade butter cream. Bottom layer: Raspberry Vanilla cake with raspberry filling. Middle layer is classic red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and the top layer and the small football is chocolate fudge cake with a chocolate ganache filling. I'm very proud of the cake especially the football on top. I was able to get the texture using a paper towel and a fork. The football goal is chocolate covered pretzel sticks.
