50th Wedding Anniversary
Old School Style wedding Cake it was the couples 50Th. I took there original cake topper and reworked it to work for their Anniversary.

The icing is Butter cream only. I did it just the way I learned to do it 39 years ago. I took a class when we first got married. I heard of fondant but did not start working with it until the late 1980's. I know TMI well I loved doing this it was for a couple that are life long family friends the topper is their original one. I just took it and added all the gold to it. Thanks so much for the complement it means so much to me.

This cake looks so beautiful. It is perfect for a golden wedding anniversay. You are very bless to do such work of art. Is the icing on the cake a buttercream icing or is it royal icing with gumpaste flowers.
