to Michele schmitz.... reality I do many times do cakes but .. this kind of rolling fondant with extra detials of flowers are my frist time,, which I took class with World's reowned Pastry Chef Nicholas Lodge. I am greatful thanks for his teach me .. do the professional work for more than 25 years... I am learning in hard way.. so secound kind samilar use of gum paste,,, note: Aspen Camp is one of my most challage cake work ever.

It is gorgeous. This is your first time? It sure doesn't look like a first time cake. It looks very professional.
