Thanks!  It is nice & moist, and not too sweet, just right!  I have kept it uncovered in the fridge, and it has not dried out any.  I made it Monday, for Memorial Day, and will be finishing it up tomorrow!  This is how long it takes me to eat a 6" cake!  lol

 I would clobber someone right now for a slice!  It looks sooo good!  You did a perfect job with the naked finish.  I am liking it more and more.
