For this cake I used Choco-Pan's black fondant. It took soooo much black color to achieve the black Sugar Veil for the piping! I have recently been making a scratch fondant, and it works pretty well, but I really prefer Alber Uster Imports Massa Americana line of fondant, except for the cost!
