I meant to say 4 8" rounds.  I placed a cake board in the middle, having the top two tiers on top of it.

I made it out of 3 8" rounds, covered the sides in red marshmellow fondant.  The chicken on top is made out of fondant.  Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.  I was on vacation.  Thanks so much for looking!
