Very pretty.Great job.Most of the people I do cakes for want just buttercream icing as well.

Just wanted to thank everone for the comments.  I work at a bakery that only uses Buttercream.  I do alot of baby quilt cakes and I usually ask for invitations or room themes to use as a basis for art work.  FYI  I use glitter on all cakes.  It helps to hide flaws

I love this cake, I know its "just a sheet cake" , but I keep coming back to look at it, the colors, the glitter, the design, the stinkin' cuteness...the whole execution - LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! Why don't I ever think of stuff like this?! :(

What a great idea for a baby shower cake! Adding the edible glitter is a great finishing touch to make it even more special.
