Kentucky Derby Hat - 122F

This hat cake was made for the annual Kentucky Derby. The hat was made of Snickerdoodle cake, covered in satin ice fondant with the quilter used on top for added detail. Copper luster dusted roses, and feathers were added for extra pazzaz.
