i can't paste it here.  what is your email and i will send you the recipe.  it keep at room temp. but in order to be able to move it more easy. i roll it out then place in freezer for a few min.  and you can pick up and move it.  you can add a little gum paste to it to make it more firm.   or use 1/2 fondant and 1/2 rolled buttercream.  it just give the taste more like the regular buttercream that most like.

do you have the recipe? And do you need to chill it to roll it?

it is made like buttercream for the most part with 1c corn syrup added to make it pliable.
