i can't paste it here. what is your email and i will send you the recipe. it keep at room temp. but in order to be able to move it more easy. i roll it out then place in freezer for a few min. and you can pick up and move it. you can add a little gum paste to it to make it more firm. or use 1/2 fondant and 1/2 rolled buttercream. it just give the taste more like the regular buttercream that most like.
