BUTTERCREAM CAKE CONTEST

Mrs. Bairds Bread Cake for 38 year old. Long loaf pan was used as well as the plastic wrapper from both ends to fit on the ends of the cake. Happy Birthday and 38 are edible. The Mrs. Bairds and Roger name are fondant cut outs sitting on a white piece of fondant. Bottom border is red buttercream icing using the round tip 5. The buttercream was white with a bit of skin tone food gel to give it the color of a loaf of bread. Turned it just right.
