oh thats a neat trick!!! and the fondant didn't stick to the pan?

Hey Tanisha, Thank you! yes I put the fondant in the pan and smoothed it out in the creases. Put the pan back on the cake. It is easy and it looks nice.

did you use a character pan and covered it with fondant? it looks real good!!!
