This is a fun design. I live in a country town and lots of western cake requests... This was a graduation cake. The top is actually caramel choco pan... I am not a fan of chocopan at all... it is hard to work with in our hot heat in the summers. The bottom is dark chocolate satin ice and it is really easy to work with. Don't give up on fondant... once you get it you will love it!

This is absolutley beautiful. I have not conquered fondant. I tried it once, and after about an hour it started to melt! would love to be able to tho!
