The big gerber daisies and the flowers on the top are all real flowers. She wanted the real ones... the small flowers on the side are gumpaste. And Yes... all 4 tiers are cake. I cut and served the cake at this wedding, they are good friends. I have never made a cake with the dummies. All of my cakes are cake.

I seem to have brides that like color.... Depends on the year and the trend. this one was a couple years ago.
