Hi Gwinn, love your fresh flower sandwich wedding cake, I've been making these for a few years now but never seen a pic on here from any US based cake makers.
A s a rule I don't like any nonedible things on my cakes , but I make the exception when it comes to fresh flowers ohhh and ribbon.
Is it buttercream icing or royal icing ? anyway really nice work.
