Baseball Jersey Decorated Sugar Cookies

These are baseball jersey decorated sugar cookies. They were displayed on a bleacher stand that my sister and her husband made. We had 2 stands, one had a "Happy" banner and the other had a "Birthday" banner. We used the same "The Big 4-0" cutouts to tie it in with the picks in the cupcakes.
