Thanks Katy - I had to drive this one for an hour and a half in the car.  It is so humid outside and cake turned shiny :(

Becky, to be as busy as you are I'm glad you enjoy it but I hope you also get paid well for your work. You have a great talent so don't sell yourself short. :))

Thanks Sandra!!  My business has really grown.  I have been booking up solid two months out.  This week was 5 cakes and 3 orders of cupcakes and I am pooped!!  We are also having very unstable weather and have had tornados and severe storms around us.  We live in a very rural area and usually loose our electricity when weather is like this.  I have been a bit panicked having this busy of a week with the threat of bad weather.  Tomorrow is supposed to be really bad - hail/winds/tornados.  I have done all the baking so I don't have to worry about that - just need my lights!!!  I am not doing this much again in one week - it is too stressful - or maybe I'm just getting too old to deal with it.  Thank God I enjoy it!!
