2017-4-11 Easter Bunny
Was making this for my brothers memorial service, but didn't quite get it done in time, so finished it the next day. He was a good old country boy, that loved to hunt. There were deer, geese, etc... on the stage, and the rabbit would have fit right in! lol Chocolate & orange cakes, with chocolate ganache filling, crumb coat, & frosting. Covered in vanilla fondant. To be airbrushed.

Well, I've never done an elaborately carved cake, so I cannot comment on the head falling apart. I would have been too chicken to try in the first place. I don't know why you keep seeing a puppy???? It still looks like a bunny to me!

Thanks Sandra! I was having fun, after I switched heads that is! lol I did the first one using cake, and it looked like it was going to work, UNTILLLLLL it defrosted & fell apart! lol Back to RKTs! I does look like a rabbit here, so why not so much after the airbrushing???
