Hi Flourpower! This is a really cool technique that I just learned few months ago. It's not easy to explain with words that's why I'm working on a video, but I can give you an idea. You need to make a BASE (this base is made out of plain or unflavored gelatin) then when this base has set you prepare a MILK gelatin (this is plain gelatin+milk) and start injecting it with a syringe inside the base creating the flower that you want as you inject the milk!!!!!!!!
